Quiet and located close to the areas of Mall of Asia, Star City, downtown, and transportation.
No phones in any of the rooms, no restaurant on site. No bellboy, baggage handler, etc. But in many ways this was refreshing, no phone to answer, no constant tipping, food could be more available.

I like the place..however I got disappointed for one of the staff where asking for a cash payment since I payed in credit card..I Just did get the logic for that and they didn't explained the 4% additional payment in my check-in bill..I Thought no additional at all but I did add. I asked the night shift staff what the 4% additional for? She told me that since I used credit card I will add 4% surcharge..Now I understood..To sum up I like the thought of booking and the place..

the cafe and reception areas were nicely decorated and provided a cozy ambiance. Getting a cab was very convenient as there were many available in the busy area of Malate. We also appreciated that the hotel had a ferry terminal nearby that allowed us easy access to travel around the area.
The lack of food options in the hotel. Unlike some hotels that offer home-cooked meals or coffee for convenience, we had to go out to eat.
